We strive to ensure, to the best of our ability, the accuracy and updating of the information published on this Site, the content of which we reserve the right to correct at any time and without notice.

These general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions of Sale" or "GTC") apply to all orders and exclusively govern the sale of products and gift cards (the "Products") placed on the Site.

The General Conditions of Sale are systematically accessible on the Site by the buyer on a dedicated page, and also when registering his order.

Placing an order on the Site implies the buyer's acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale to the exclusion of all other conditions present in prospectuses or catalogs issued by the seller and in particular those in force in the Stores at sign GOO Europe.

The sale of our Products on the Site is exclusively reserved for the end consumer, that is to say any natural person not acting as a trader and having the legal capacity to contract. Consequently, orders from professionals will not be honored by Goo Europe. In this regard, Goo Europe reserves the right to cancel any order of an abnormal nature such as an order for quantities of products exceeding the normal needs of a consumer or abnormal flow of orders to the same billing address. and/or delivery.

Goo Europe recalls that pursuant to article 1146 of the Civil Code, non-emancipated minors are incapable of contracting. Consequently, orders intended for minors must be placed or authorized by the holder of parental authority.

The order 

Before placing an order, we invite you to consult the description of each Product to know its characteristics.

The different steps to follow to order are as follows:

You select the product(s) of your choice and add them to the shopping cart; you can at any time check the contents of your basket, the corresponding price and make any useful changes.

You identify yourself (e-mail and password). If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential) which you will use later to identify yourself on the Site.

You choose your delivery method, you validate it, then the payment methods among those proposed to you, which you validate in turn.

In any case, the provision of personal information necessary for the processing and delivery of orders is mandatory. When you confirm your order, you declare that you accept all of the T&Cs. Your order is then processed by our Customer Service. As soon as your order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. This acknowledgment of receipt summarizes all the constituent elements of your order, including the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of your order.

Specificity: For technical reasons, the amount of each order placed must be at least €10, excluding shipping costs.

Our order registration systems are proof of the conclusion of the sales contract and of its date.

We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a payment arrears or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.

Availability of products 

Our Product offers are only valid within the limits of available stocks.

In case of unavailability of the Product after placing your order

-we undertake to inform you within eight (8) days of the registration of your order and to indicate the waiting period for receipt of this Product. If you wish, you can request the cancellation (refund by bank transfer within 14 days) or the exchange of your order or by contacting us by e-mail (contact details above, Customer Service section).

-we can also send you a similar Product of equivalent commercial value; if this Product does not suit you, you can return it to us within ten days and we will then reimburse you for the Product and the return costs.

Payment 

The payment of your purchases on the Site takes place exclusively in Euros.

Goo brand can offer you one or more of the following payment methods:

-Bank card

-PayPal

-gift card

It is stipulated that :

- in the event of payment by Paypal or by gift card, the amount of the transaction is debited when ordering;

- in the event of payment of the order by credit card: in principle the debit of the card is only carried out at the time of the dispatch of your parcel; marginally the debit of the card can in certain cases be carried out at the time of the order.

The European DSP2 regulation has put in place provisions aimed at strengthening the security of electronic payments, in particular on the Internet, and access to safer online banking services. The use of the only code received by SMS to authenticate these operations is no longer sufficient and is gradually being reinforced by means of a device that complies with the new regulations. These new devices may, for example, be based on an application, for Smartphone or SIM card (compatible with all mobiles), which requires the entry of a secret code or the verification of biometric data. Your online payment transactions by credit card are completely secure, your credit card information is directly communicated in an encrypted manner (SSL protocol) to a payment provider who consults the banking servers in order to avoid abuse and fraud and gives Goo Europe payment authorization. At no time is Goo Europe in possession of the full card number you have entered.

The Products remain the entire property of Goo Europe until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY 

Our sales and prices are understood to be from the

The Products are delivered in mainland France (including Corsica) and Monaco only to the address of your choice indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with exactly all the details necessary for the proper delivery of your order.

We can offer you different delivery methods. The amount of your participation in the shipping costs depends on the delivery method you choose (see below), you will be reminded at the time of the "Delivery" step of the online ordering process before validation of the latter.

Depending on the delivery method chosen, you will be delivered within an indicative period of 2 to 5 days from the validation of your order. If you opt for delivery by Chronopost, you will be delivered within 1 working day if your order is validated Monday to Friday before 11:30 a.m.

Home delivery:

1- Standard delivery:

The flat-rate shipping costs for standard delivery to the address indicated when placing your order amount to:

6.00 euros for any order less than 10 euros of purchase.

The amount of the flat rate shipping costs is subject to change.

2- Delivery via Chronopost

If you choose home delivery via Chronopost as the delivery method, you must indicate your essential mobile phone number for making an appointment or to notify you by SMS as soon as your package arrives.

You will be asked for an additional contribution in addition to the cost of sending a standard home delivery, the amount of which is specified at the time of the “Delivery” stage of the ordering process. Delivery by Chronopost is not the standard delivery method, therefore the amount of the delivery costs by Chronopost will not be reimbursed in the event of exercise of your right of withdrawal.

3- Delivery to a Pick-up Point:

Right of withdrawal - Satisfied/refund guarantee

If your Product does not correspond to your expectations, do not worry, you have a right of withdrawal which you can exercise within 14 days of receipt by you of your entire order, in accordance with regulations. To exercise this right, you must within this period inform us of your decision to withdraw, for example by post or e-mail, or on our Site in the “Contact us” section. In the latter case, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form by clicking here but it is not mandatory.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your Product to LOGSTA

- as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days at the latest following the

- communication of your decision to withdraw;

- in its original packaging;

- in perfect condition.

If all of the aforementioned conditions are met, we undertake to exchange the product concerned or, if you wish, to reimburse it to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of notifying your decision of withdrawal, the refund may however be deferred until recovery by us of your product or proof of its shipment.

If you opt for reimbursement, it will take place according to the following terms:

-The package is returned in its entirety, we will refund the price of the package and any shipping costs (standard delivery rate), return costs at your expense.

-The package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we will refund the price of the returned product(s), any shipping costs are not refunded, the return costs remaining at your expense.

-The product is returned because of our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the product, any shipping and return costs.

Modifications to the general rules of sale (modification of terms of conditions)

Given the possible evolutions of the Site, Goo Europe reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The new general conditions of sale will, if necessary, be brought to the attention of the customer by online modification and will only be applicable to sales made after the modification.
