Payment

The payment of your purchases on the Site is exclusively in Euros.

Goo Europe  can offer you one or more of the following payment methods:

-bank card

-PayPal

-gift card It is specified that:

-in case of payment by Paypal or by gift card, the amount of the transaction is debited at the order;

-in case of payment of the order by bank card: in principle the debit of the card is only made at the time of the shipment of your parcel; marginally the debit of the card can in some cases be made at the time of the order.

The European DSP2 regulation has put in place provisions to strengthen the security of electronic payments, especially on the internet, and access to more secure online banking services.

The use of the only code received by SMS to authenticate these transactions is no longer sufficient and is gradually being strengthened by means of a device that complies with the new regulations.

For example, these new devices may be based on an application for a smartphone or SIM card (compatible with all mobile devices), which requires the entry of a secret code or the verification of a biometric data.

These solutions are chosen by banking institutions and payment service providers and offered to their customers.

For more information, please contact your bank or your usual payment service provider. Your online credit card payment transactions are fully secure, your credit card information is directly communicated in an encrypted manner (SSL protocol) to a payment provider who consults the bank servers to avoid abuse and fraud and gives Goo Europe payment authorisation.

At no time is Goo Europe in possession of the full card number you entered. Depending on the payment method offered by the commercial offer, certain types of cards will not be accepted (prepaid cards, cards requiring systematic authorisation, including Maestro and Electron cards, cards outside Europe – non-exhaustive list).

In return for our commitments, we ask you to respect the payment deadlines we offer you.

Our payment deadlines are mandatory and the acceptance of your package automatically results in in case of delay: the application of a penal clause equal to 25% of the amount of the unpaid order and the application in addition to a late penalty of 4 Euros maximum per week of delay, according to the amount of the unpaid invoice.

The Products remain the entire property of Goo Europe until the full collection of the price.
